1.Govt/ Education
One classical art form can be made compulsory till middle school at least. That way exposure is given to children and job opportunities for artists too! But I have heard that schools insist on group performances before the kids grasp the technique. So this education should be for art sake. A "Lobby" of legislators, educationists, parents and artists could solve this.

2. A new dimension would be the role of critics. I do read reviews before I chose concerts. Critics should realize the responsibility that they have and provide unbiased and honest reviews.

3.Networking of artists and resource people. No one person can be complete. A good alliance between resource people and artists can help improve the show's content and execution .
