For the longest time, I have been concerned with weight loss and getting to an ideal dance weight. Luckily I finally found a training program I can work with. Getting to my question- for fellow dancers : Does anyone have a routine they follow before they perform? I feel that I need to have a better strategy before I perform. Any advice would be greatly apprecitated.
