But for me, the most important question is, "from how high a source she draws her inspiration"?

We know that many, if not most, lyrics that the dancers perform have the bhakti/mystic aspect of it.

Urmila danced a javali the other day depicting a "downtrodden woman" who asks her "hero": "you promised me gold earrings when you pinched my cheek, but you never delivered on your promise..." and so on. Urmila portrayed the scene very realistically, and with grace.

BUT! Was it elevating spiritually for the rasikas? I don't think so.
