 Delhi is much better. I am sorry to say but as a westerner you couldn't pay me enough to go to Chenai. Delhi is much cleaner and it is an international travel point. Delhi is rich in culture and arts and has more to offer in every respect. Go to Delhi. Most westerners never go to Chenai for a good reason.
