 Just 70 years ago the audience could hear the clear voice of the vocal and the rich natural sounds of the instrumental music.

Nowadays, even for a small audience of 30-40 people, the musicians use cheap mikes, bad mixers and pre-historic amplifiers, and the most hideous loudspeakers that can only produce a terrible blur of sounds resembling the sound of a jet plane taking off.

I am surprised that everybody seems to be happy about it! How come the tastes have degraded so much?
