It has been a modern atheist's trend to introduce the specially formulated wordings like "special needs".
In an atheist's mind, there is no place for any such a thing as "evil spirits" and "possessions". Also, there is no place for "gods", "puja", and so on.
In an atheist's mind, Bharatanatyam is just a form of rock-n-roll.
In ancient India, a particular art was practised by those who had the talent for it. Everyone's dharma was different.
In Kali Yuga, under the Christian democratic rule, where everyone's dharma is supposed to be the same, every idiot and invalid are pushed into believing that they can excel in art.
So far, the mentally deranged "special people" have achieved much success in politics only.
