 Thanks for the inspiring words. An organization cannot be successful if it is not founded on strong principles. An organization is successful only because of strong leadership, and quality work. One can truly feel the extent of sincerity and openness in your words, because these thoughts can only arise through experience. I have personally seen many aspiring dancers fail miserably due to irratioanl behaviour, insentivity to their environment, disrespect and unethical approaches to find their own doom, despite having a lot of talent. Being respectful does help in the long run, because it builds credibility the foundation of success.
