Dramatic tales of Gods and Goddesses, a new production directed and choreographed by Kuchipudi exponent Vanashree Rao was presented by Rasa United in collaboration with Sangeet Natak Akademi, at Meghdoot Theatre, New Delhi on 9th March 2017. The presentation is in Bharatanatyam, Chhau, and Kuchipudi. The three styles have been beautifully blended to create stories from Indian mythologies. Dramatic elements from Kuchipudi, yoga and Chhau body movements and precision of Bharatanatyam has added to the excellent choreography.
