Concluding
the conference, Mr.Yagnaraman announced that the convener of the Natya
Kala Conference 2004 and 2005 would be M V Narasimhachari.
As he has been
doing at every Natya Kala Conference, scholar V A K Ranga Rao announced
the best lec/dem of the conference. His choice this year was Katherine
Kunhiraman. His criteria: Usefulness of a person's statements to
dancers, teachers, choreographers and members of the audience.
