Health Recipes 9: Mango Kerabu

Group A
1.5 kg unripe mango - skinned, grated or julienne the mango
8 shallots - thinly sliced
Mix both, cover and refrigerate it

Group B
2 tsp fish sauce
3 red chilli padi - slice thinly
7 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp gula Melaka - grated
25 gm dried prawns - soak in hot water, rinse when soft and set aside.
3 shallots - cut thinly
Belachan is optional

Put all the above ingredients into a blender and blend it till 3/4s fine.
Once blended keep it in the fridge.

Garnish: Whole coriander leaves
              Peanuts - roasted and pounded coarse
