Every Monday, a different subject to learn

“Dancers and Actors have been asking me to teach exercise regimes for stretching, strengthening, relaxation and good sleep, which can be completed in 15-20 minutes.
Performers are also keen to learn techniques to enhance their abhinaya skills.
To dance with a healthy and relaxed body and mind, to enhance performance level, I find these exercises and skills very  useful.
I have gathered this knowledge through many experts and artistes. I will be very happy to share with all,” says Sharmila Biswas.
