 The Pickle Factory presents December Spaces for Dialogue | # TakeTheCityKolkata Dec 5 - 18, 2022 Kolkata December 2, 2022 In December Season Program; Spaces for Dialogue, through performances, talks, interactions, discussions, workshops and exhibitions we try to enliven the idea of what constitutes a body and what can be the multivariate relationships between a body and society.  Spaces for Dialogue focuses on artists, arts processes and works primarily from the field of dance and movement that challenges our perceptions of bodies we encounter. We are taking a range of artists and guests into a variety of educational spaces (mainstream and NGO schools, universities, institutes, museums and more), to address the question 'How do we meet un/familiar bodies from un/familiar worlds?' Through performances, workshops, talks and more that involve artists, academics, doctors, educationists, lawyers, etc we will open up vitally important issues of inclusion, access, marginalisation, gender among the generations that will take us into the future.  As a part of Spaces for Practice, experience intensive work with 4 fabulous artists and explore and challenge your own choreographic and critical practice.
