YOGA FOR DANCE: For Indian classical dances, the body is considered a chariot, riding inside is the Atma as the charioteer. Our body conditioning comes from the asanas that have been passed down to us. In this workshop you will learn to condition your bodies as dancers that become an integral part of your dance practice.
