 I do not always agree with the Padma awardee selection list. It's a shame that Sarada teacher who was one of the firsts to come up with the notation for Bharathanatyam was never awarded.
But, I think we should refrain from commenting on the award as an Institution in itself.The Initial Motive was a good One afterall. The Dancers are not above the nation and should not pass distasteful comments.Anger and frustration should be expressed positively.
