TEHREEMA MITHA DANCE COMPANY
AUDITION
SUNDAY, APRIL 30th, 8:30pm.
Joy of Motion , 7315 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 180 E, Bethesda.
We are looking for:
Four Male
and
Two Female dancers.
Trained in either:
Jazz, Modern, Martial Arts or Bharatanatyam.
We need:
High Energy, precision, attention to detail, Stamina, Athleticism, Dramatic Ability.
We need dancers who will:
Love to dance; enjoy sweating; will blend in with the rest of the company and can definitely tour!
We are a highly energetic Dance Company PIONEERING new approaches in Indian Classical and Contemporary dance. With already a repertoire of over fifty dances, choreographer Tehreema Mitha is constantly creating new Solos, Duets and Ensemble dances in both styles. This is a company where each dancer’s talents are showcased through the company performances.
New dancers would be expected to learn existing dances quickly and take part in new choreography while also taking classes regularly to learn the company’s technique and keep up the high standard required.
