I'm not sure of the word for word meaning but here is the translation
in correct sentence order:
To Lord Vishnu's nephew, the remover of all obstacle, who vanquishes
ill fate and blesses all; to that Lord Ganesha, I sing praises. He has
the head and trunk of an elephant and he is the lord of the Gods. For those
who worship Lord Ganesha, all obstacles disappear.
