I recently travelled to Chennai for the Season, attending dance concerts every day for a duration of about 2 weeks, checking out all the local talent

We know that in the Season there were 4-8 dance concerts every day, so I want to know how the writer decided which concert to attend.

I challenge the writer's point: it is foolish to think that the writer has "checked out all the local talent" by attending a few performances in 2 weeks' time.

Mostly established dancers perform solo in the Season.
