Hi Janhavi,

Here is the transaltion

Sriman = its title for man like Mr or Sir
Narayana: Vishnu
Sripadame = the feet of Lord
Sharanu= I bow down, or I surrender myself to his feet.

Anupallavi

Kamalasa = Like lotus sree mukha = face
kamala= lotus Kamala jeet= won Lakshmi
Kamala priya= Beloved of Lakshmi
Kamalekhana= eyes like lotus
Kamalasana= Lakshmi who sits on lotus
Garuda Gamana sri= Vishnu who rides on Garuda
kamalnabha Ni= brmaha sits on the lotus originated from vishnu's belly
Pada Kamalme Sharanu= i bow to such lotus feet of Vishnu.

Charanam

Param yogi Jana = Great saints and Yogis
bhagadheya = who pray you by medidating
Sri param purusha= as a purush or man your are the supreme.
Paratpara= you are infinite in your form
Paramatma= The supreme lord
Paramanu Rupa= who exist even in tiny atoms
Sri Tiruvenkatagiri deva= The lord of pius Venkata mountain ( in other words Tirupathi lord venkteshwara)

Sharanu= i bow to his feet.
