 The dance is named after Mohini, the enchantress who Lord Vishnu took the form of on earth. Given that info, I suppose if you were willing to dress up completely like a woman, it would be possible, but you absolutely cannot dance it as a regular male. It is a dance meant for women (and even if you did dress up like a female, all the subtle feminine nuances may be hard to come by).

However, I'm still not very knowledgeable on the art form... so maybe someone can shed some light on the idea of a man performing Mohini Attam.
