Hi Thila. I just completed my arangetram on the 10th. As far as
strength goes, daily practice is needed to build stamina. What I did which
I found worked well was to just run your jatis for your varnam once you
know it. That really helped me. As far as arangetrams importance, I have
to agree with Vinod II. It is a stepping stone in the study of the art
and it really gives you motivation because you are really working up to
something. It really is a great experience. Best Wishes.
