Thanks a lot for your response. I did consider this option of being a part timer in software.but offlate my frustrations have gone beyond my patience limits. My lead at the office insists that I stay from 8. 30 AM to 9.30PM. Initially i used to go to my classes as was a bit free in the project. But honestly it is not easy. project pressures,daily deliverables at the office compel me to stay till close to 9.30 PM.
i guess India does not believe in "part time" jobs as i have never heard of any. Do you know anybody who is a part timer in Software testing who works for an indian company?
My husband is pretty supportive about the whole thing.....
I also feel that i should get into something more management/administrative. Techy stuff does demand a lot interms of time and energy. i guess i have figured that i am more suitable for such jobs based on the communication and people mnagement skills.
I would like to your opinions and suggestions based on these thoughts....
