Students and teachers with credibility and true talent have always remained loyal to any organization, because they are aware of what they know and don't, and do the right things. Those that are selfish and manipulative have found the door out.
There is always the other side of the coin...Some assistant teachers come with no clue of what they are doing(but claim to know everything), when they can't even tell the difference between "thisram" and "misram".... After getting trained, they selfishly start manipulating the environment for their personal gains, and never acknowledge their new learning.

These are problems one faces learning from different teachers, and is a broader issue to understand and deal with. In 36 years my dance has evolved, and so many people have influenced it. It will be foolish to take the credit for oneself. I may have used the term "Choreography" for want of a better "term"

Choreography is a misunderstood term, and these days I use the term "directed", because when the song, the music, the lyrics is created by someone else but you are inspired, and create another arrangement with your personal inspiration, it is a whole new thing. But our system still does not have a term for such presentation. The dance now has evolved so much because you have the opportunity to see and learn from so many sources.
I will be surprised if you can name any dancer who has not evolved not seeing others perform. I know more about dance today because I watch dance a lot. God has also blessed me with a certain level of creativity, and my success is a combination of both. Well if you go to the library and some book interests you, and you start writing a novel based on that, what would you call it. Even when I teach the same item to two students, they bring out the charm in their own personal way. And I myself can't replicate what I did before. Therefore I am always inspired by a good work of Art.

People compensate you not for the item, but at the energy level you can inspire them....If you have the capacity and deserve it...you should charge the money....

In future, please do not use the web to leash out at people or organizations, when there is no credibility in the statements...Its is a waste of time for you and others.

Successful people are successful not just for what they know, but they have a certain energy that is infectious, and can inspire others. Aspire to be one of them...and stop attacking people. You will not go very far with this trait.
