Hello everyone,
I was just wondering what your practice is like: when do you practice, how often, how long, what does it consist of etc...
It seems that quality and frequency are more important than quanity. I have found that injury comes quickly from practicing too much too fast. I usually practice a few times a week (2-3 plus weekly class) for an hour and a half, including warm up and stretching. I have learnt some great stretches for increasing turnout and have been working on those for about two years, I have noticed radical improvement since I first started dance 2 years ago.
I wonder what people who dance professionally train like? Anyone know a weekly routine?
