When Ashok Kumar visited the Ramana School for the Blind in Bangalore some 15 years ago, the students wanted to know if they could learn to dance. From the enthusiasm of the students grew the Natyanjali dance school for the blind under the guidance of Ashok Kumar. The blind students of Natyanjali have given many performances and won several awards from the State and Central Governments apart from pursuing their careers in other fields. |
